Clean hotel in a new building really close to sports venues and casino and restaurants, theatre district, sports venues, and casino. Central location in the middle of jackson. Again, walking distance to Heinen's of Downtown Cleveland.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious with a full kitchen and beautiful decor. Loved the rooftop areas for relaxing and enjoying the fire pits. I'd definitely come back!

We loved the huge walk-in closet and the beautiful bathroom. Plus, the location was insane-so close to a bunch of great restaurants and bars!

The rooftop areas, complete with gas grills and fireplaces, provided a fantastic social space. It's also conveniently located near attractions was good, although the absence of dining on-site is noted.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment for two nights. The room itself was spacious, which I loved. It was like a stylish home rather than just a hotel. The decor was modern and inviting. The staff were super friendly and always approached me with a smile. I liked that the location was perfect for dining options nearby. I had some fantastic meals. I struggled a bit with the parking process. It was confusing, especially finding the garage, and the automated attendant didn't help much. Despite this hiccup, my stay was comfortable overall.

Great staff! They were so friendly and awesome. the suite had everything you need - a safe, TV, and even a microwave! And get this - there was a fully equipped kitchen, a real surprise 🌟.

Great shared areas like the fitness center and lobby. Everything was clean, from the private bathrooms to the cozy sofa. Perfect location for food and fun!

The location is ideal, just a short walk to excellent dining options and attractions. The staff were friendly. One area for improvement would be to simplify the parking process, as it was a bit confusing .

The staff members were all friendly. the location was great, right next to the old town. There were plenty of dining and drinking options around, such as bars and restaurants. the Burke Lakefront airport was within a reasonable 30-minute drive from the hotel.

What a gem! The beds were super comfy, and having a washer/dryer and a full kitchen was perfect for our getaway. Plus, the location was fab, just a short stroll from the nightlife.

The living room furniture was more for show than comfort-who knew that was a thing? Street noise.
